Description
Polyclonal HRP Goat Anti-Rabbit IgG is a peroxidase conjugated reagent inteded for use with Rabbit IgG antibodies in the ELISA or western blot applications. HRP Goat Anti-Rabbit IgG is reported to have minimal crossreactivity with human, mouse or rat serum proteins.Investigators are highly encouraged to titrate the reagent for specific applications, with a 1:1000 dilution as a suggested starting dilution.For immunohistochemical staining applications, alternate product Biotin Goat Anti-Rabbit IgG (Cat. No. 550338) is recommended.
Warning:HRP Goat Anti-Rabbit IgG (Cat# 554021) contains 0.004% (w/w) of a CMIT/MIT mixture (3:1), which is a mixture of: 5-chloro-2-methyl-4-isothiazolin-3-one [EC No 247-500-7] and 2-methyl-4-isothiazolin-3-one [EC No 220-239-6] (3:1).

Preparation and Storage
Store undiluted at -20°C.Avoid multiple freeze-thaws of product.The polyclonal antibody was purified from antiserum by negative adsorption and affinity chromatography.The antibody was conjugated with HRP under optimum conditions, and unconjugated antibody and free HRP were removed.
